During a recent performance in Denver, Colo., British superstar Jessie J pulled an audience member up on to the stage with her. Vonny Bennett, the incredibly lucky fan, was struggling to control her nerves after she got on the stage, even struggling to think of a song to sing when Jessie J asked her what she wanted to perform. Eventually Bennett picks the hit track ‘Price Tag.’
Despite her rough start, Bennett whips out some really incredible vocals and eases into her confidence as the duet with Jessie J continues. The video cuts off rather abruptly at the end, as it is a fan-filmed video, but for the short time that Bennett and Jessie J are performing together, the crowd is going absolutely nuts, surprised by how well Bennett can keep up with Jessie J.
Halfway through, Jessie J asks Bennett to start improvising and singing whatever she’s feeling, and the two riff off of each other for the rest of Bennet’s time on stage.
