Miranda Dawn and Chris Hawkes are singer-songwriters from Austin who decided to team up and share their special talents with the world. It began when Chris was at a juke joint and asked Miranda to dance with him. The two soon discovered that they shared a number of similarities, and decided to join together and form a band. They first performed at the Kerrville Folk Festival, and have been making music ever since.
Most recently, the duo auditioned on The Voice and chose to cover The Beatles’ “I’ve Just Seen A Face,” which earned them high praise from the judges.
