Sometimes, it’s easy to forget that nature is amazing. There are incredible, intricate animals out there that seem to be made of glass, and sights that are so beautiful they can only be described as miracles.

Photographer David de los Santos Gil understands this fact, and has spent his life trying to show it to the rest of the world. His latest project is the slow-motion blooming of flowers from all over the world, with each bloom more beautiful than the last. Watching this, you can’t help but consider the idea that there is a a plan to everything.

I could watch this sort of thing over and over! It’s such an important reminder to notice and bless the little things!
