I just love the beginning of December! You’re still coming off the food-and-family buzz of Thanksgiving Day, and everything is starting to look distinctly festive in anticipation of the next round of holiday parties.

Of course, my favorite part of this season is when the Christmas carols finally start to play on the radio. I’d be happy to listen to classics like Elvis’ “Blue Christmas” any time of year, but there’s something extra-special about hearing it on-air.

In fact, give me half an opportunity, and I’ll just listen to an awesome medley of Christmas songs like this one all day long! But, while I love more contemporary holiday songs and remixes, there’s just really no messing with the Christmas classics.

That’s why I love this unique yet classic performance of the iconic holiday song, “Baby, It’s Cold Outside,” as performed by a truly unexpected pair of celebrities: Lady Gaga and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

While you may know Gaga better for her energetic pop anthems, she’s also a classically trained singer with an incredible talent for jazz performance. And Joseph Gordon-Levitt, though he’s primarily known these days as an actor, is also a very talented singer! Listen to the surprising dynamic duo perform in the video below.

And if this unexpected pairing delights you, too, don’t forget to SHARE on Facebook for anyone who will enjoy their unique musical stylings!
