Here’s another amazing kitchen hack. Dave Hax is one of our favorite video tutorial pros, and here he is with a brilliant trick that taught me how to peel garlic in a way I never thought of before.
I love the smell of garlic, but I don’t always want it lingering on my hands. With this trick, you don’t have to worry about that! All you need is a glass jar.
Simply put a head of garlic in a glass jar, and secure the lid. With a firm grip, give the jar a good shake, and keep shaking until the bulbs break up from the skin. You can also use a mixing board and bowl, for the same effects.
