When you’ve got the craving, these zucchini chips certainly hit the spot. They’re savory, salty, and absolutely delicious.

To make them at home, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Zucchini
  • Milk
  • 1 ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Cut your zucchini into slices that are about the thickness of potato chips. If you want them very crispy, cut them thin.

Dip your zucchini slices into the milk and let them sit for about 10-15 minutes. They should absorb a lot of milk.

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Then roll both sides of the zucchini chips in the bread crumb mix.

Place your breaded chips on an oven grate and bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°F.

When they’ve browned and crisped, they’re ready to be eaten. Enjoy!
