Instructions:

  1. Start out by preheating your oven to 350 F, and coat a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. First, layer the bottom of the baking dish with shredded chicken, then layer on the ham and then the Swiss cheese.
  3. Time to make the sauce!  On a medium flame, melt the butter into a pan with the flour, and whisk until smooth.  Whisk this mixture while slowly adding milk, and stir until the sauce is nice and think, about 10 minutes.
  4. If you want step three to go by faster, heat the milk the microwave beforehand until it boils, and then add the milk to the mixture of flour and butter.
  5. add in your lemon juice, Dijon mustard, paprika, and pepper.  Bring the mixture to a simmer and stir it continuously.  When the sauce is just how you like it, remove it from the heat and pour it evenly over your dish.
  6. Last but not least, time for the topping.  In a small pan melt the butter and stir in the Panko, garlic, parsley, and pepper.  Sprinkle the mixture over your dish, and lightly mist the top with cooking spray.
  7. Cook the casserole for 35 minutes until the top is golden brown, and serve to your smiling faces!
