Spring the dog may have been homeless, but she at least knew that there was something to be said about consistency, so she remained in one neighborhood. There, everyone recognized her and considered her as the neighborhood stray, The Dodo points out.
Then when it was time for Spring to give birth, she wandered into a neighbor’s yard and gave birth to nine adorable little pups. The neighbor contacted Hope for Paws so that the Spring and her babies could be rescued. It took a little bit of coaxing and establishing trust, but the mama eventually let her guard down…
